With many marketplaces updating their terms to payment after the event, it is important to have more control over your inventory delivery.


As part of our promise to continue supporting your business, our engineers have worked hard over the past week to modify our sale fulfillment functionality in order to give you more control over your inventory and cash flow. These updates allow 1Ticket to delay fulfillment at the marketplace and delivery method level.


This feature is very flexible. Here are a few examples of what it can do for you:


Update the in-hand dates on all of your active inventory being uploaded to all marketplaces, delaying all fulfillment attempts until your new in-hand date. 

  • For example, you can tell us to update your In-Hand date to 5 days prior to each event. This will update your in-hand dates regardless of what is specified in your POS


If you would prefer to make more granular updates, 1Ticket supports delaying delivery for each stock type and delivery method to each marketplace. Here are a few examples:

  • Delay fulfillment on all QR Screenshot tickets to StubHub until two days before the event. The in-hand-date on all QR Screenshot StubHub listings will also be set to two days before the event.
  • List all hard stock tickets on SeatGeek with an in-hand-date of four days before the event. SeatGeek would not expect shipment until four days before the event.
  • Delay fulfillment on all transfer and Flash listings on all marketplaces to one day before the event. The in-hand-date on all transfer and Flash listings will also be set to one day before the event.


Please note that barcoded or "predelivered" listings on integrated marketplaces (ie NFL Listings on StubHub, SeatGeek or TM+) will be delivered instantly, regardless of delivery delay settings. You should not broadcast listings to integrated marketplaces that you do not wish to deliver right away if they have barcodes attached in your POS. 


If you would like to enable this feature please email support@1ticket.com and let us know how you'd like delivery delayed. For example, you can say: "Update my in-hand dates and fulfillment for all marketplaces to 5 days prior to the event".
