Why Does 1Ticket Block Automatic Transfer For Some Events?
1Ticket will not automatically transfer tickets for sales for events that have a higher probability of being mismapped by marketplaces. These include, but are not limited to:
Playoffs
Finals
Multi-day
Festivals
How Can I Tell 1Ticket What To Transfer?
1Ticket allows you to teach it the proper mapping to use. All you need to do is transfer tickets for an event once and 1Ticket will "remember" your mapping choice for all future transfers for that event.

Please note that mapping can break if your POS or the primary creates a new event. This most commonly happens where an event is postponed with no new date or an event is moved to a new venue.
