Enter the following codes into the internal notes field of a listing in your POS to modify the section and/or row being uploaded to a particular marketplace. 


These codes can be used to mask the location of sensitive inventory or to update location information to allow listings to map to the proper locations on marketplace event maps. Note: 1Ticket does not have control over mapping listings to event maps, any questions regarding listings properly showing on marketplace venue maps should be directed to the marketplaces themselves.

Example: 

In order to properly display tickets on their venue maps, StubHub may require a listing to be listed as Section "Orchestra Left" while TicketMaster+ might require it to be listed as Section "ORCHL". In this scenario, you could list your tickets as Section "Orchestra Left" in the POS and add the internal note @sectm[ORCHL]. This would result in your listing being uploaded to TM+ as section "ORCHL" and uploaded to StubHub and all other marketplaces as "Orchestra Left".
