After selling hard stock tickets 1Ticket will download the shipping label for you. A link to download the shipping label will be added to the internal notes on the invoice in your POS.


When 1Ticket will download the shipping label varies by POS. If the label is not available 1Ticket will regularly check with the marketplace until it is available:

  • SkyBox

    • The label will be downloaded when the in hand date of the invoice is reached

    • OR

    • The label will be downloaded when the "received" status of the tickets is positive

    • OR

    • The label will be downloaded when the invoice contains the tags "shipnow" or "shipitnow"

  • POSNext

    • The label will be downloaded when the in hand date of the invoice is reached

  • Ticketnetwork POS11

    • The label will be downloaded when the invoice is marked in hand

  • Ticket Utils POS

    • The label will be downloaded when the invoice is marked in hand

  • Tradedesk POS

    • The label will be downloaded when the in hand date of the invoice is reached


A label can always be downloaded on demand by clicking the "Download airbill" button (the truck icon) at https://ims.1ticket.com/sales.


To allow you to track your deliveries accurately, invoices in your POS for hard stock inventory will not be marked as "Delivered" or "Completed" by 1Ticket. You and your staff can manually update the fulfillment status when you ship out tickets for each sale, when the shipment tracks as delivered, or whenever you prefer, based on your internal fulfillment process. 


For Skybox POS users specifically:

  • Skybox has a default POS setting enabled called the "Fulfillment Status Check." This setting will automatically mark invoices for Vivid Seats sales as "delivered" when the shipping label is downloaded by 1Ticket. For this reason and to avoid confusion in tracking deliveries, 1Ticket disables Vivid Seats shipping label downloading by default for all new accounts.
