1Ticket can add the tickets you purchase to your Point-of-Sale or Inventory Management Portal automatically.  To enable Automatic Purchase Order Creation for your account:


  1. Add your purchasing account credentials to the Logins Tab

  2. Enable Automatic email forwarding to 1Ticket's automated inboxes to alert us of new purchases

  3. Navigate to the Logins Tab to enable Automatic Purchase Order Creation

    1. Select Edit on a purchasing account you would like to enable 

    2. Update Auto-Create Purchase Orders dropdown menu to Yes

      • Apply Auto-Create PO settings to all current accounts
        Check this box to enable Auto-PO for all eligible accounts already added to 1Ticket

      • Apply Auto-Create PO settings to all future accounts
        Check this box to enable Auto-PO for all eligible accounts added to 1Ticket moving forward

    3. Select Update Login to save your new settings


AutoPO will be active on all purchases you make from the date of activation forward. In other words, if you turn AutoPO on today we will not PO things you bought yesterday, last week, or last month.


AutoPO will not fire for purchases with a $0 cost.


Please note that there may be cases where AutoPO is not successful. We recommend checking your 1Ticket periodically to see if anything did not get AutoPO'd. You can then click the button to PO it to your POS, which will give you the error (if any) that prevented our system from AutoPOing it.
