By default 1Ticket monitors your POS for changes about once every 60-120 seconds. If your inventory has not changed for a period of time - no price changes, no tickets sold/added, etc - 1Ticket may slow down how often if checks for changes.
This delay is a temporary change to help deal with reduced inventory volumes and server capacity during Covid. As business gets back to normal this delay will be removed.
If you make a change to inventory in your POS after going a period of time with no changes you probably don't want to wait for 1Ticket to see those changes. We have added a tool that allows you to tell 1Ticket to check for changes immediately.
- Visit the sync page at https://1ticket.com/sync
- Click the "Force Broadcast" button:
That's all there is to it. If you refresh the page after about 60 seconds you will see that 1Ticket has picked up any changes and broadcast them.
