All Flash Tickets are now AXS Mobile ID Tickets
AXS has completed the process of transitioning the Flash Seats platform to the AXS platform. All Flash tickets have been converted to AXS Mobile ID tickets.
What Does This Mean For You?
1Ticket has been updated to fully support the new AXS Mobile ID platform. You can no longer use flashseats.com or the Flash app to transfer your Flash tickets.
All Flash accounts stored in 1Ticket have been migrated to AXS accounts. If you have AXS accounts with usernames and/or passwords different from your Flash accounts you must update the credentials stored in 1Ticket. Failure to provide 1Ticket with accurate AXS credentials will prevent your AXS Mobile ID tickets from being transferred. View your AXS accounts in 1Ticket here.
