If you need to change the delivery method on a sale we recommend having the marketplace update the delivery method on the sale AND updating your POS to the new delivery method. This will ensure fulfillment is attempted with the proper delivery method.
For Vivid and SeatGeek 1Ticket uses the delivery method in the POS. We do this because Vivid and SeatGeek do not explicitly tell 1Ticket the delivery method when we request the details of the sale.
For all other marketplaces 1Ticket uses the delivery method assigned to the sale by the marketplace. If the marketplace updates the sale to a new delivery method 1Ticket will see that change and attempt fulfillment with the new delivery method.
