Managing User Access

1Ticket supports having a separate username and password for each person in your company. This allows you to restrict access to certain features to specific users. It also allows detailed tracking in case issues arise. For example 1Ticket support can tell you which specific person in your company mapped a listing or updated settings.
User access is managed at 1Ticket.com/users. There are two basic access levels:
"User": A user has access to 1Ticket according to the permissions you set but cannot manage users.
"Admin"" An admin has access to 1Ticket according to the permissions you set and can manage users.
