There are many factors that go into making automatic transfers successful. Here's what you can do to ensure your 1Ticket account is configured to transfer as many tickets as successfully as possible.
Account Credentials
Add your purchasing accounts to your 1Ticket account (1Ticket.com/logins) and confirm they have valid credentials on file.

Automatic Email Forwarding
Update your email forwarding to use our latest forwarding filter, which you can view here. This is required for AXS transfers and automatic Ticketmaster password resets and will greatly improve all other transfers.

Transfer Settings - allow "Best Guess"
Allowing 1Ticket to use more liberal mapping for GA tickets will increase the number of GA ticket sales that 1Ticket can transfer. You may have inadvertently selected more restrictive settings when enabling automatic transfers. Updating your rules to allow 1Ticket to transfer the first GA tickets it finds for the event will greatly improve auto-transfer success.
