1Ticket has begun extracting taxed cost information from primary marketplaces that supply this information. The taxed cost amount can be put in your POS during the AutoPO process.
To give you as much control as possible we offer a variety of different taxed cost settings, all listed below. You can adjust your taxed cost setting at 1Ticket.com/settings > Integration Settings > Your POS.
Don't do anything - let the POS decide - This is the default for SkyBox, POS11, and POSNext
1Ticket won't send any taxed cost to your POS, which means that any default settings within your POS that control taxed cost would apply.
This option is not supported with TicketUtils POS.
Set taxed cost to $0 - This is the default for TicketUtils
1Ticket will set the taxed cost to $0.
Set taxed cost to face value
1Ticket will set the taxed cost equal to the face value.
Set taxed cost to cost
1Ticket will set the taxed cost equal to the ticket cost (including all fees and taxes).
Set taxed cost to actual taxed amount (use $0 if taxed amount not known)
1Ticket will use the actual taxed cost value. If the actual taxed cost is not known the taxed cost will be set to $0.
Set taxed cost to actual taxed amount (use cost if taxed amount not known)
1Ticket will use the actual taxed cost value. If the actual taxed cost is not known the taxed cost will be set equal to the ticket cost (including all fees and taxes).
Set taxed cost to actual taxed amount (use face if taxed amount not known)
1Ticket will use the actual taxed cost value. If the actual taxed cost is not known the taxed cost will be set equal to the face value.
As of this writing (January 2022) taxed cost is supported in the following POSs:
SkyBox
TicketnetworkPOS 11
POSNext
TicketUtils
For TradedeskPOS and DTI the face value field in the POS doubles as the taxed cost.
