1Ticket can send taxed cost to the marketplaces when listing your tickets for sale. Due to differences between the various Points of Sale we offer a few different options depending on which POS you are using:
POSNext
Send the "taxed cost" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
SkyBox
Send the "taxed cost" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
Ticketnetwork POS11
Send the "taxed cost" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
TicketUtils
Send the "face value" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
Send the "cost" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
Tradedesk POS
Send the "face value" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
Send the "cost" field in your POS to the marketplaces as the taxed cost.
All POSs
Use a custom note to specify the taxed cost at the listing level. Click here for instructions.
By default 1Ticket won't send any taxed cost information to the marketplaces. To enable taxed cost to supported marketplaces please do the following:
Go to the Sync page of your 1Ticket account (1ticket.com/sync).
Select the marketplace you want to send taxed cost data to under "Your saved broadcasts".
Set the appropriate "Include taxed cost" option.
Click "Save Settings".
Once set, the selected taxed cost values should start flowing the marketplaces in about 30 minutes. As of this writing (January 2022) taxed cost is only supported to Ticket Evolution, Vivid Seats, TickPick, and Ticketnetwork. As more marketplaces tell us that they support taxed cost we will add support on our end.
