1Ticket retries all fulfillment regularly. Read about when/how often we try to fill sales. If you know a sale can be filled immediately and don't want to wait for 1Ticket's next attempt you can trigger on-demand fulfillment.
1) Go to the sales page in your account: ims.1ticket.com/sales.
2) Use the search fields to locate your sale(s). You can search by sale ID, all unfilled sales, by the event details, etc.
3) Click the checkbox next to each of the sales you want to fill. Click the checkbox at the top of the list to select all the sales on the screen.
4) Click the "Fulfill" button to trigger a fulfillment attempt on all of the selected sales.
