If your 1Ticket Managed Delivery (1TMD) option is to always look at your POS notes, it means you need to put keywords in the invoice/ticket group tags or internal notes when you want delivery via 1TMD.

Note "1tmd-only"

1Ticket will ONLY try to deliver via 1TMD. It will never attempt transfer.

Note "1tmd-1st"

1Ticket will try to delivery via 1TMD immediately. If 1TMD isn't possible 1Ticket will fall back to attempting to deliver via transfer.

Note "1tmd-last###"

1Ticket will try to transfer to fill the sale first. If transfer fails 1Ticket will try 1TMD after the specified number of minutes has passed. You MUST have a number at the end of the note.

For example, for the note "1tmd-last90", 1Ticket would only attempt 1TMD delivery after 90 minutes has passed since the sale was received. "1tmd-last1440" means that 1Ticket would only attempt 1TMD delivery after one full day (1,440 minutes) has passed since the sale was received.

Note "1tmd-no"

1Ticket will NEVER use 1TMD to deliver the tickets.

If none of the phrases above appear 1Ticket will not attempt delivery via 1TMD. The phrases must appear in one of the following locations:

  • Ticket group internal notes
  • Ticket group tags
  • Invoice internal notes
  • Invoice tags

Some POSs don't support tags. If your POS does not support tags you'll need to use the internal notes.
