For the fastest resolution time, please submit a ticket via the Ticketmaster Resale Seller Support portal:

  3. If you need a new password, click the “Forgot your password?” button to receive a password reset link.

  4. Once logged in, you will see a variety of common issues listed on the first page of the portal.

  5. Please carefully review your options before starting the support request.
