Linking 1Ticket to TM/1 (Tradedesk)

Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account is REQUIRED for 1Ticket to be able to list your inventory to Ticketmaster Resale and manage your sales.
Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account also allows 1Ticket to use Ticketmaster's transfer by barcode service, which greatly improves the overall success rate of automatic transfers. Using TM/1 for transfers is optional.
To link 1Ticket to your TM/1 account please visit 1Ticket.com/credentials/tradedesk and follow the steps.
You'll just need to adde the username and password for your Tradedesk account on that page, then go to 1Ticket.com/credentials and in the Tradedesk entry that's been created, click the Request Password Reset button. You should receive a password reset email from Ticketmaster with the Reset Code you'll need and you'll create that new password to finalize the link between 1Ticket and Tradedesk.
If you do not receive a password reset email from TM after hitting the Request Password Reset button, please reach out to support@1Ticket.com so we can reach out to TM API support to get that fixed so you can complete that process.
