Linking 1Ticket to TM/1 (Tradedesk)

Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account is REQUIRED for 1Ticket to be able to list your inventory to Ticketmaster Resale and manage your sales.
Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account also allows 1Ticket to use Ticketmaster's transfer by barcode service, which greatly improves the overall success rate of automatic transfers. Using TM/1 for transfers is optional.
To link 1Ticket to your TM/1 account please visit 1Ticket.com/credentials/tradedesk and follow the steps.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create a new user in TM/1 that will only be used to link to 1Ticket. If you link to 1Ticket using the same Tradedesk user that you use on a regular basis you'll experience stale listings, failed transfers, and other issues. This is due to security rules in place on Ticketmaster's end.
To create a new user in Tradedesk:
Click on the gear icon on the top right.
Click on the "Permissions" option.
On the Permission page, click on the "Add User" button.
Enter all required details under "User Details".
The name, email, etc don't matter for 1Ticket - enter details that work best for you.
Click "Applications" and check all options.
Create the user.
Reach out to your Ticketmaster/Partner Services Rep and request the following:
"Please make sure that Tradedesk user [email of user you just created] has all needed API permissions for 1Ticket."
