Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account is REQUIRED for 1Ticket to be able to list your inventory to Ticketmaster Resale and manage your sales.

Linking 1Ticket to your TM/1 account also allows 1Ticket to use Ticketmaster's transfer by barcode service, which greatly improves the overall success rate of automatic transfers. Using TM/1 for transfers is optional.

To link 1Ticket to your TM/1 account please visit and follow the steps.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create a new user in TM/1 that will only be used to link to 1Ticket. If you link to 1Ticket using the same Tradedesk user that you use on a regular basis you'll experience stale listings, failed transfers, and other issues. This is due to security rules in place on Ticketmaster's end.

To create a new user in Tradedesk:

  • Log in at

  • Click on the gear icon on the top right.

  • Click on the "Permissions" option.

  • On the Permission page, click on the "Add User" button.

  • Enter all required details under "User Details".

    • The name, email, etc don't matter for 1Ticket - enter details that work best for you.

  • Click "Applications" and check all options.

  • Create the user.

  • Reach out to your Ticketmaster/Partner Services Rep and request the following:
    "Please make sure that Tradedesk user [email of user you just created] has all needed API permissions for 1Ticket."
