Occasionally you may see this error on your Ticketmaster Health Report at 1Ticket.com/ticketmaster:


"Tradedesk is blocking updates due to a permissions issue."


If you see that error it means that the user assigned to 1Ticket in your Tradedesk account does not have sufficient permissions. This prevents 1Ticket from managing your inventory on Ticketmaster Resale.


To address this please reach out to your Ticketmaster/Partner Services Rep and request the following:


"Please make sure that Tradedesk user [email of user assigned to 1Ticket] has all needed API permissions for 1Ticket."


It is also VERY important that you have a dedicated user in Tradedesk assigned to 1Ticket. Learn more about that process.
