You should review the AXS List Pro Troubleshooting guide to resolve most issues if you have not already. Listing tickets on AXS Resale should feel very similar to TicketMaster Resale (TMR). Just like most listings on TMR, AXS requires barcodes be added to listings. Our system also requires we know what account these tickets are coming from so you should have account email in the notes. 


API error: One or more of these tickets are not tradeable

This error means one of the tickets is not in a tradeable state. Typically this can be a result of the wrong barcode being added, users should review their tickets in the Inventory Database to check barcodes with what barcodes are stored in the PoS


Ticket IDs are required

This error means there are no barcodes found for the listing. Users should check their PoS to confirm barcodes are properly stored.


Email is required

We could not find an email address associated with this listing. Users should check their PoS to confirm the email is in the internal notes.
