To set up your 1Ticket account for Automatic Purchase Downloading:
  1. Add all of your purchasing accounts to the Logins Tab
  2. Once all accounts have been added, on the Logins Tab click "Check All TicketMaster Accounts"
  3. Enable email forwarding 
    • Email forwarding uses a subject-based filter to send your purchase confirmations, e-ticket notifications and other pertinent emails to 1Ticket, these emails act as notifications or alerts for 1Ticket to take action on new purchases and purchase updates.
  4. Email to let us know when steps 1 & 2 are complete if you would like your future purchases to be automatically created in your Point-of-Sale.
