To set up your 1Ticket account for Automatic Purchase Downloading:
  1. Add all of your purchasing accounts to the Logins Tab
  2. Once all accounts have been added, on the Logins Tab click "Check All TicketMaster Accounts"
  3. Enable email forwarding 
    • Email forwarding uses a subject-based filter to send your purchase confirmations, e-ticket notifications and other pertinent emails to 1Ticket, these emails act as notifications or alerts for 1Ticket to take action on new purchases and purchase updates.
  4. Email support@1ticket.com to let us know when steps 1 & 2 are complete if you would like your future purchases to be automatically created in your Point-of-Sale.
