To add a purchasing account account (Login) to your 1Ticket account:

  1. Log into your 1Ticket account and Navigate to the Logins Tab
  2. Select the first dropdown menu 
  3. Select which type of marketplace account that you would like to add:
  4. Enter your credentials
  5. Select "Register your e-mail address with 1Ticket"


For non-Ticketmaster purchases, we rely on receiving your email confirmation from marketplaces that we have support for. Please ensure that you have auto-forwarding enabled by following these instructions: Enable Email Forwarding in Gmail.
